A little bit about me...
With over 25+ years of experience in the real estate industry—including 18+ years as a Managing Broker and Director of Operations for a multi-office real estate organization—Jeff Hoover has built his career around strong leadership, collaboration, and a results-driven mindset.
Before stepping into real estate, Jeff led teams in both the food service and education sectors, serving as an Assistant Manager at Einstein Bros. Bagels and later as a Facility Director for the largest site in the Flagstaff Unified School District. These early leadership roles shaped his ability to manage operations, develop people, and keep both clients and teams moving toward success.
In real estate, Jeff’s experience speaks for itself: over 500 transactions throughout his career, including 100 transactions and $18 million in production in 2011 alone. But beyond the numbers, what sets Jeff apart is his unwavering commitment to serving others—whether that’s guiding clients through complex deals or mentoring agents to help them grow and succeed.
